Each session is intuitively guided and may include:
• Reiki – a gentle hands-on technique that promotes deep relaxation and activates the body’s natural healing response.
• Shamanic Healing – rooted in Indigenous traditions, this approach may involve guided journeying, energetic extractions, soul retrieval, or ancestral work to address deeper patterns or spiritual imbalances.
• Aqualead – a newer energy modality focused on healing the Earth and water within and around us, often experienced as cleansing, heart-opening, and deeply grounding.

Come as you are – you do not need to "believe" in energy work to benefit. These sessions are safe, supportive, and adaptable to your comfort level.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a gentle, holistic approach that restores balance by working with your body’s natural ability to heal. Through subtle hands-on techniques, it helps release tension, improve circulation, and support nervous system function. Many people notice relief from pain and stiffness while also feeling more grounded and connected in their daily lives.

Although I have been an environmentalist in some capacity since before I can remember and have increasingly incorporated environmental principles into several aspects of my life, I have to admit that I thought little about food and food sources, despite the fact that they are directly connected in so many ways. I came from a time, and a socio-economic reality, where you did not question what was put on your plate, you were only grateful there was something there at all. These last few years however, I have learned more about the impact of food on health, the challenges we are all facing as a society to nutritionally feed ourselves and our families, and the direct co-relation of the health of our environment and our own health.

I also learned about great pain and adversity when my youngest son suffered an acquired brain injury (ABI) in February 2019 that affected our whole family greatly and impacted every aspect of our lives. By March 2020, despite several recommended approaches to support our son with his ABI, the current medical system offered little relief for the symptoms he was suffering from.

Relentless as I am for finding a solution to any problem, after 13 months of searching, attempting, and failing several treatments under the direction of modern western medicine, we finally visited a Naturopathic Doctor. Within a few weeks of incorporating her recommended changes into our son’s diet, he finally started to see improvements. I was shocked, but also incredibly saddened by how long it took us to get here, and how much our son had to suffer for something that was so simple and was right there, literally on the plate in front of him!

With just a few simple nutritional changes, hope was restored and his recovery began. I vowed from that point forward to do whatever I could to help others learn about the power of food and natural remedies as restorative medicine.

I saw firsthand the importance of good quality food and natural supplements to not only support optimal health, but to also equip us with a reserve to be more resilient to life’s challenges, and to support the body’s efforts to recover from injury. Only during this experience was the importance of nutrition, lifestyle and mindset truly recognized. This is where the journey began.

Henna Sodhi was born and raised in Ottawa and graduated from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton with a Masters in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc).

A creative soul, Henna was drawn to a life in the arts at an early age. Henna has always had an interest in understanding people, and how we become who we are. She explored this through acting, trauma informed studies, and exploration of community driven connection. All following her central interest in building uplifting forms of care. After completing the drama program at Canterbury High School, Henna continued her pursuit of acting and a life in the arts at Vancouver’s renowned Studio 58. Henna had struggled with food sensitivities as a teenager and at the age of 24 slowly developed chronic illnesses. Her decline in health led to leaving her life in the arts and coming back to Ottawa to find healing. She sought allopathic treatment but did not find solutions. Raised with the integration of holistic health care, Henna finally found answers from holistic health practices where she was introduced to Osteopathy. Over the course of treatment, Henna’s curiosity, wonder, and excitement at the capacity of the body, and osteopathy grew, until she was prompted to consider The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. After further healing, Henna enrolled in The CAO and the rest is history.
